Rhett McSweeney graduated from Minnesota State University in Mankato with degrees in history and speech communications. Rhett then pursued a Masters Degree in speech communications at MSUM before completing his education at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. While attending William Mitchell, he was a national finalist in the American Bar Association's Negotiation Competition. Rhett concentrates in the legal areas personal injury law, medical malpractice, and misdemeanor and felony criminal defense cases.
